recently the sc finally declared the long pending judgement and for all the beneficiaries,the ruling was worth its weight in gold.initially i was a little aggrieved that my chance of qualifying for the iims wud be lessened as d no. of seats for the general category students wud decrease,but sc clearly stated that seats wud be increased to accomaodate all new students and that the privileged lot in the category won't enjoy this recent ruling.after few days this news sunk in and i was again busy in the normal run of the mill stuff.
then one day i encountered a guy who in addition to being a brilliant chap was easy to get along it.when he expressed his happiness on the recent ruling,i pitied him and then told him u have a good chance of realising ur dreams.but when he said that his ruling has come to his rescue by choice and not by chance,i was literally flabbergasted,he told me how his parents had anticipated this upheaval and ran from pillar to post,utilising everything in their prowess,draining out money like water to finally get converted from a respectable general category to a privileged obc category.i wondered instantaneously how much the times have changed,earlier times obc,sc/st people were looked down upon and everyone pitied with them and took them as special children who have no fault of theirs if they are born underprivileged.but in a dramatic change,life has undergone a full circle where the general people feel that all the special rights belong to the underprivileged lot and they instead of pitying them,long to be one among them and even go out of their way to change the law of religion,caste and creed so that they leave nothing to chance in this highly competitive,hostile world.this incident was really an eyeopener for me as to how people have changed over the decade and now i feel a little "unprivileged".

sc/st's are our bretheren and should not be looked down.Do you have any other master way to wash away the poverty in india? Rich people are becoming richer. aND POOR POORER. LIBERELISATION AND DEMOCRACY has made India this kind. A little bit of communism is required.Aftemath-- some rich people has to work harder to get more rich. And they can.They have seen it.Infact they are rich ,hence they are use to it.
change your perspective and look them as your bro. will you not get ready to burn some extra candles more for them?What is heppening is what must heppen, else india will become Digital with only two values Rich and Poor...(to be continued...)
hii dear again i disagree with u.in the times of indira gandhi india had a dream run as far as economic,social and financial development were concerned as thr was no quota and all the classes irrespective of their colour,creed or origin were encouraged equally but ever since the bjp party came into power,in order to prolong their reign they had to resort to implementing the above act in order to gain political mileage and please the so called deprieved classes,thus adding more votes in their kitty as they knew that they were pitted against a formidable opposition.and all this has added to the present chaos and commotion as can be seen from the gujjar's unrest for st status and the gjm community demand for a seperate state ie. gorkhaland,the govt. in these turbulent times has to either inc. the total seats so that they dont cut into the general seats or either reduce the general seats,in both cases the quality of the elite institutions will be diluted as more and more untalented guys will fill up these prestigious institutions.in the future dont be surprised if every community unite together and raise their voices and demand for their unreasonable demands to be met.in these times the caste and creed of a person will become more and more important and all the talented,lazy and vilified guys will suffer the most.hence i strongly demand for equality or else the situation can go out of control in future
